LANGUAGE TESTING FOR STAFF RECRUITMENT
When local staff in Italy are recruited for an International company, the package of skills, talents and attributes selected are the choice of the local office. English language skills, on the other hand, impact on the ability of local staff to work effectively with head office, given the various reporting systems now in place (accounts, sales, logistics, R&D).
 
Connor offers a language testing service available at the moment of recruitment, to evaluate the level of English of the 4 or 5 possible candidates. This allows the company to select the candidate with the best mix of work and language skills.
In this way, the company chooses the candidate who is linguistically better able to immediately work effectively at an international level, and at the same time makes substantial savings on future language courses.
