These are the steps to start a course: |
- Oral, listening and written test to establish student
starting
levels

- Needs analysis to identify the way the language
is used within
the work context

- Meeting with students to share and agree on course
content

- Written proposal to the personnel office stating
levels
established, formation of groups, objectives for each
course,
materials to be used, course frequency and costs.
Once courses have started: |
- Quality control sent to all students after the first
ten lessons to check that course content and tutor
fully respond to student expectations

- Meeting with personnel office and Connor to review
quality control and share feedback in order to fine-tune
courses

- Second quality control sent at half way point of
the course and third at the end of the course

- Final test for students and meeting with personnel
office to report on final results.
Working in this way we can: |
- Precisely define the objectives for each course

- Monitor and improve the content of courses and fully
satisfy
the needs and desires of students

- Keep the personnel office up-to-date on every development

- Maximise the return on the investment.
